The staff helped me with a local taxi. This place suits me perfectly, has Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, pool, fitness studio, and spa. I keep coming back for New Year.

We visited the lively Dolphin and Seal Show at Dubai Dolphinarium, where our kids delighted in the playful stunts and interactions with the adorable dolphins and seals. The "Swim with Dolphins" experience was truly memorable, allowing our family to get up close with these amazing creatures while creating unforgettable memories.

My wife says that having a designated children's play area within the hotel premises would have been a great addition for families with young kids.

Festival Centre is a shopaholic's dream, Spa & Wellness Centre is the epitome of relaxation, and Grandeur Barsha's fitness center has enough equipment to make your muscles cry.

Not much to complain about, except maybe the fact that I couldn't spend all day in the mall and spa.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and super helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access to Jumeirah lakes and Marina by cab. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite, which was a nice gesture. There is an in-house coffee shop that adds to the pleasant stay. We were also given 2 gift coupons for our first coffees, which was a nice touch.

For the area I wanted to be in, this place was great. It was in a good location to get a cheap taxi to all the popular tourist locations. It's also located near a shopping mall for those who love to shop. Additionally, the service was impeccable. The staff who fixed the AC grill was incredibly nice and was always willing to help with anything else I needed. The amenities were great too, with a full range of services such as dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and car hire. In my room, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and had all the facilities I needed, such as a TV, a sitting area, and even a terrace. The soundproofed rooms were a huge bonus too, making my stay as relaxing as possible.

This venue was recommended to me, and I would recommend this hotel to all looking for a great value for money place to stay.

The cafe was an oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing me to unwind and savor the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop because it provides the Al Barsha banquet hall, ideal for corporate meetings and conferences. The spacious and well-equipped hall comfortably accommodated 40 people, facilitating a smooth and productive event.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center with comprehensive facilities for printing, scanning, and other office needs.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being in a shopping mall like MOE, you can easily reach any part of the city as it's very near to the metro station. it's close to everything around you, including restaurants and shops.

Sadly, the staff can be inefficient sometimes, particularly when it comes to check-in.

We had a fantastic stay with friendly staff. The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, including convenient underground parking. Its location allowed us to easily walk to both Emirates Mall and Mall of the Emirates. The complimentary breakfast provided a good selection.
